RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

1.  Navigate to your account page and select the order in question.  Click on the Return/Exchange button next to the item you’d like to return.  Follow the process to select your reasoning.

2.  Repack your product(s) in the original poly bags.  This is important as the bag has the SKU and bar code required for returns. Include a copy of the return authorization email we send you.

Note:  It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process your refund within 48 hours.

RETURNS POLICY

Our customers should receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund.  You can obtain an RMA # by following the instructions at the bottom of this section.

You must arrange and pay for shipping to return the goods.  The return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products.

When we receive your return, we will refund the value of the product, but not the original shipping. All products must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition, otherwise we won’t be able to issue a refund.

DELIVERY & CANCELLATION

KEEPTIGHT® INC maintains ownership of all products until full payment has been received.

It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will need to return the product(s) within the warranty period in new/unused condition in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.

We offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders to the USA. You may also select from FedEx Express options to receive your order faster.

For international deliveries, we offer USPS and FedEx shipping options.  These packages will normally arrive in 3-5 business days.

All packages are sent from our fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado. Your order will be sent as fast as humanly possible…usually the same day (or within 1 working day) after it has been placed.

We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
